How do I book an appointment?

Select "Book Now" from the free discovery call. From there, Celia will book your initial appointment and any follow ups you would like scheduled during the call.

Do you accept health insurance?
-
Currently I accept Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Massachusetts General Brigham Health Plan, Neighborhood Health Plan of Rhode Island, and United.​ Check to see if you're covered here. You have the option to submit a Superbill to your insurance company for potential reimbursement, but it is not guaranteed. Celia will provide you with a generated Superbill for you to submit if you choose.​

What's your cancellation policy?

Please notify Celia 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment if you need to reschedule. If canceled after the 24 hour window, you will be charged $50. If you do not show up and do not notify Celia, you will be charged 100% of your session or lose your credit if pre-purchased. You are given a 15 minute grace period from the scheduled start of the appointment. After 15 minutes, the video will be closed and your appointment will be considered a no show.

Where do we meet?

Virtually from the comfort of your own home! You will be provided with a link to a HIPAA secure video conferencing system.​

Do I have a portal?

Yes! I used Practice Better which is a HIPAA protected EMR. ​You will receive a link prior to your appointment to answer questions and fill out information on your portal. You also have access to communicating with me, food journals and databases, and this is where we will host our virtual appoint

Do I need to do anything prior to the appointment?

Yes. Please fill out all forms sent to you at least 24 hours prior to your initial appointment.
