Hi, I'm Celia and I'm a Registered Dietitian with years of experience helping people just like you navigate hormone imbalances and fueling your body while managing a busy lifestyle using a holistic approach. I work with you to simplify healthy eating for you and your family and find ways to manage the stressful lifestyles us moms live. My services are not limited to just moms! I also can help you with weight management without counting calories, body positivity, plant-based eating, and more! 4 WEEK NUTRITION CHALLENGE with ONE ASTERISK CROSSFIT

September 11 marks the beginning of the 4 Week Nutrition Challenge. I am running this through One Asterisk Crossfit, but anyone can join!

Cost: $50 members, $59 for non members.

What is it? Join this 4 week hybrid virtual/in person kick start for healthy habits. Every Monday at 6:30pm, I will be at One Asterisk Crossfit in Middletown, RI explaining each week of challenge and available for Q&A. After the in person session, I will be sending out an email to all participants with a new goal for the week. I am available for support throughout the challenge as well if any questions come up.

  • Week 1: Hydration
