Hi, I'm Celia and I'm a Registered Dietitian with years of experience helping people just like you navigate hormone imbalances and fueling your body while managing a busy lifestyle using a holistic approach. I work with you to simplify healthy eating for you and your family and find ways to manage the stressful lifestyles us moms live.

I am currently on maternity leave until September 11, 2023.

If you are a returning client, please message me through Practice Better to have the option for weekly email check-ins 6 weeks postpartum (starting around June 19, 2023) and/or a discounted 5 session follow up package. Terms and conditions apply.
