Hi, I'm Celia
a Registered Dietitian, mom, and the founder of Feel Good Nutrition. I specialize in women’s health nutrition, hormone balance, postpartum support, and sustainable weight loss—without restrictive dieting or calorie counting.I help women move away from the “all-or-nothing” diet mindset and build a way of eating that actually fits their real life. Because between work, family, and everything else on your plate, nutrition shouldn’t feel like another stressor.I know firsthand how challenging it can be to prioritize your health while juggling a busy schedule. That’s why my approach is simple, practical, and personalized—focused on helping you feel better, not do more.

Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Connecticut College, where I was a dual-sport varsity athlete

200-hour Yoga Teacher Certification, which shapes my holistic, stress-aware approach to healthI combine the science of nutrition with a realistic, compassionate approach—because both matter when it comes to long-term results.
A More Personal Note
Outside of work, you can usually find me spending time with my family and friends, exploring new places, or taking advantage of life in a beach town. I love being outside as much as possible and bringing that same sense of balance and enjoyment into the way I help my clients approach nutrition.
